--Pros: Can cover a short distance very quickly.

Can only be used with Vengeance. A whirlwind of blades that is nearly impossible to dodge.
--Pros: Keeps enemies from getting close. Has a high chance to strike many times.

Trace Noir; a captain in the Canadain Military, moonlights as MMO player Icarus during his off-time. He usually doesn't show it, but he has extremely high intelligence; enough to even make High Wire feel... less than smart, (she's not too happy about that).
