AT Scyoni - Obey - Fraze

An art trade with Scyoni
We agreed to draw our main ocs characters as villians. This is my interpretation of her character, Fraze, if he were to be evil. Fraze is a lightning and wind mage.

I wanted to do a little more with the background, but seeing as I still suck at them, I didn't want to ruin the picture with it. :V I know the eye and mouth are weird, but that's just my style-shift. I hope to improve on them some day. I'm not liking the way his right sleeve turned out; it gave me a lot of trouble and I just rolled with it after the 4th try.

Tips are appreciated.
